Any loss or damage caused by your provision of out-dated, or erroneous, inexact or incomplete information will be your sole responsibility and we shall not be liable.

We collect, use and process your personal data and information for any of the following purposes:-
(a)To consider and process your application as our customer/user and to process your account with us;
(b) To facilitate, process, deal with and/or administer your account with us;
(c) For the supply of any goods or services which we may make available to you or which you may request or purchase from us;
(d) To facilitate your use of the services at any of our website(s), website/IT, portal(s)/mobile application(s) and/or through other digital means;

However, you acknowledge that the said withdrawal may result in the immediate cessation of our products/services to you. Please note however that your withdrawal of consent will not affect our ability to collect, use or disclose your personal data for specific purposes without your consent, if the PDPA or the applicable laws or if relevant authorities permit or direct us to do so.
